Finish Line 2023 Run Club Mini Session

Shorter days and cooler temps can make it hard to get out for a run, but a a community of moms cheering you on makes it a lot easier.

Finish Line 2023 will have you running into 2024 with more strength, speed and endurance. This final Run Club of the year includes personalized training plans; individual coaching; and new mom friends encouraging you with every strides.

Your Run Club+ Mini Session Includes:

• A detailed training program based on your goal and starting point
• Weekly coach-led group runs
• Private coaching and accountability group
• Education on every aspect of running from technique to nutrition
• Access to the VOD Run Club+ collection of on-demand workouts
• Unlimited access to FIT4MOM DC classes with our All Access Membership

The session will begin the week of November 5th with a virtual kick-off meeting and run through December 16th. There is no group run the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Coach-led group runs will meet at Lincoln Park at 7:30am on Saturday mornings
