Boost Pro Mini Session See All Times

November 29, 2022 - December 22, 2022

Challenge yourself with a blend of cardio and strength training. You split time between running/ agility drills where we'll build endurance and your mat where we'll build strength using free weights or our bodyweight. Watch your heart, body and mind get stronger in this 4 week mini session. This session includeds small group training, weekly theme/ challenges, and an acountability WhatApp Chat with other moms in the session.
