Join FIT4MOM DC and the Metropolitan Police Department for a free car seat safety inspection event. Registration is required. Car Seat Technicians are able to inspect up to 3 car seats per car.
The event will be held at the City Ridge Community off of Wisconsin Ave NW. The exact address will be provided with confirmed appointments.
Each appointment slot is 20-30 minutes and will allow a Certified National Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST) to inspect up-to 3 car seats in 1 car only. CPSTs are able to help families confirm that their car seats are appropriate for the children in their family; share child passenger safety information; check pre-installed car seats and help families install new car seats.
