FIT4BABY® is a fitness and wellness program designed specifically for moms-to-be! It combines scientifically-based workouts that are appropriate for all trimesters and fitness levels with the information you need to stay healthy and prepare for baby. The monthly membership includes: unlimited access to all FIT4BABY prenatal classes (both in-person and virtual); unlimited access to all of FIT4MOM DC's in-person, live virtual and recorded workouts; access to information, experts and a community of other expecting moms.

Our Virtual Prenatal Yoga is a live-streamed studio class. This yoga class is designed specifically for moms-to-be. Pregnancy is a transitional time when many physical and emotional changes take place. This Prenatal Yoga class is a great way to connect with your baby, address the common physical symptoms associated with pregnancy, prepare for labor and birth, and relax and calm the mind. You will be led through a sequence of gentle yoga postures that are suitable for beginners as well as experienced students.
