FIT4BABY® is a fitness and wellness program designed specifically for moms-to-be! It combines scientifically-based workouts that are appropriate for all trimesters and fitness levels with the information you need to stay healthy and prepare for baby. The monthly membership includes: unlimited access to all FIT4BABY prenatal classes (both in-person and virtual); an unlimited Virtual Membership; access to information, experts and a community of other expecting moms.

All Access Membership $119 every month • Unlimited visits • Your All Access membership gives you unlimited access to all virtual and in-person FIT4MOM DC classes, playgroups, and Our Village events PLUS our on-demand recording library with more than 300 workouts across all of our formats. All Access members also have exclusive access to our new Run Club Meet Up program.
