Terms and conditions for Virtual Membership

This membership is non-refundable and non-transferable. Once purchased, you are enrolled in an auto-billed membership. Your card on file will be billed $79 on the first of each month (after a prorated amount during the initial purchase).

To cancel your membership, you must email lauraoleary@fit4mom.com at least two weeks prior to your next billing date.
