Terms and conditions for Boost Pro Membership Add-On

This membership is non-refundable and non-transferable. Once purchased, you are enrolled in an auto-billed membership. Your card on file will be billed on the first of each month (after a prorated amount during the initial purchase).

You can cancel your membership at the end of any month. To do so, please email lauraoleary@fit4mom.com at least one week prior to your next billing date.
