Take your running to the next level with our 8-week guided training program for 5K, 10K, or half marathon distance runs. We provide opportunities to learn and improve your running techniques through our detailed training plans, coaching, and community support. Come run with us, mama!

2024 Fall Sessions kick-off on September 8th at 8pm with a virtual orientation meeting and culminates with an optional end of session race on Saturday November 2nd.

*New* Van Ness Run Club+ Coach-led runs start at the Van Ness/UDC Metro Station on Sunday mornings at 7:30am. This group is well-suited for runners of all experience levels and training distances. Enroll HERE

Capitol Hill Run Club+ Coach-led runs start at Lincoln Park on Saturday mornings at 7:15am. This group is well-suited for runners of all experience levels and training distances. Enroll HERE

Cancellation policy We're happy to provide a full refund if you need to cancel your registration before the session starts. No refunds are given for cancelations after the 4th week. Pro rated refunds are available for cancelations before the end of the 4th week.
