FIT4BABY® is a prenatal fitness program for designed specifically for moms-to-be! It combines scientifically-based workouts that are appropriate for all trimesters and fitness levels with the information you need to stay healthy and prepare for baby. This all-levels class includes cardio, strength training, balance, flexibility and core exercises to accommodate all trimesters of pregnancy including the early postpartum period.

We're excited to have you join us for a free preview of our revamped signature prenatal program!

What should you expect? Come ready to experience a full-body workout appropriate for all levels of fitness and all trimesters. We'll be sharing all of the details about our brand new 6-week FIT4BABY series and answering all of your questions. And there will be prizes! We'll be raffling off a 7-Day Mama Essentials Box from Countdown to Mama in addition to some other swag and maybe a surprise discount.

What should you bring? A good pair of sneakers, your yoga mat or a towel, and a bottle of water. If you have a resistance band that you like, you can bring it along, otherwise we'll have some you can buy or borrow.

What if it rains? Well, that would really suck. If it happens, we'll move the whole event online and broadcast it on IG Live. Besides the computer or phone screen between us it'll be the exact same event though.
