Summer Teacher All Access Membership $179 • Unlimited visits for 8 weeks • This pass is a specially-priced 8 week membership just for our teachers. (It can be gifted to a teacher as well). The membership includes unlimited access to all in-person, virtual and on-demand classes.

Cardio Push is a virtual class that combines full-body cardio with major and minor muscle group strength training.
All you need for class is some water, a mat and a resistance band or hand weights. Appropriate for all fitness levels, including prenatal and postnatal moms with doctor's clearance to perform cardiovascular exercise.
