FIT4MOM DC members are invited to join us for special Ask the Expert Sessions. These 1-hour sessions are typically conducted on zoom and feature relevant experts (e.g., doulas, babywearing experts, lactation consultants, pelvic floor PTs, doctors specializing in perimenopause, nutritionists, etc.).
