Terms and conditions for Premier All Access Membership
This membership requires a minimum 3 month commitment, and it is non-refundable and non-transferable. Once purchased, you are enrolled in an auto-billed membership. Your card on file will be billed on the first of each month (after a prorated amount during the initial purchase).
Holds maybe placed on this membership for a fee of $10 for a maximum of 3 months.
To cancel your membership, you must email lauraoleary@fit4mom.com at least two weeks prior to your next billing date. There is a $50 early termination fee to cancel your membership before the end of the initial 3 month term; after the initial 3 months, you may cancel at any time without penalty.
