Advance Purchase: 2 Month Maternity Leave Membership

Plan ahead and reserve your 2 month All Access Maternity Leave membership to have access to unlimited in-person, virtual and recorded classes. **This is an advance-purchase option allows expecting parents to reserve a maternity leave membership. This plan must be applied to a Maternity Leave Membership to be used to attend class.

The advance purchase plan is good for FIT4MOM DC's 2 month Maternity Leave Membership. Expiration date is one year after date of purchase. *Please contact lauraoleary@fit4mom.com to have your 2 month Maternity Leave purchase activated once you are cleared by your provider for exercise.*

This membership is intended for parents on parental leave after welcoming a child or children to their family, including foster, step and adoptive parents. It cannot be purchased more than once in a 12 month period.
