The Holiday Hustle mini session is designed to help you build and keep healthy habits around fitness, nutrition and wellness while still enjoying big family meals, end of year parties and general merriment and cheer. The program uses weekly workouts with options to fit every schedule; the encouragement and accountability of a cohort; and individualized support from a personal coach.
Finish Line 2024 will have you running into 2025 with the strength, speed and endurance you need. This final Run Club of the year includes personalized training plans; individual coaching; and new mom friends encouraging you with every strides.

FIT4MOM DC members are invited to join us for monthly Ask the Expert Sessions. These 1-hour sessions are typically conducted on zoom and feature relevant experts (e.g., doulas, babywearing experts, lactation consultants, pelvic floor PTs, doctors specializing in perimenopause, nutritionists, etc.).
